Replacement Policy
We only offer replacements for damaged or defective products. No refunds are provided.
When You Can Request a Replacement
You may request a replacement within 1 day of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- You received the wrong product
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be replaced or returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Products without original packaging and seals
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Free samples or promotional items
How to Request a Replacement
- Contact us at customercare@tvah.in or call +91 9049383383 within 1 day of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup and send a replacement
- If the product is unavailable, you will receive store credit or an exchange for another product
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is shipped:
- Contact us immediately at customercare@tvah.in with your order number
- Cancellation requests after shipping cannot be accommodated
- For cancelled orders, the amount will be provided as store credit
